The person behind the work
HI, I’M JAKOB.
(Slightly less condensed in person.)
A visual eye.
A curious mind.
I’m Jakob Finkenzeller, a UI/UX designer with a background in media design. My work brings together visual design, interaction and an interest in how things are built.
I completed my B.A. at HfG Schwäbisch Gmünd in February 2026. Before and during my studies, I worked as an intern at Immagine in Munich, first in media design and later in web design. That gave me practical experience with content, layouts and WordPress websites.
An exchange semester at Savonia in Finland added another perspective through a mix of design and engineering courses. I’m now looking to bring that combination to a UI/UX team.

Away from the screen
Archery gets me outside and gives me something very different to focus on. It also found its way into my bachelor project, ArcherAI. Otherwise, you’ll find me hiking, listening to music or joining friends for a game.
